Right-click and save as to your desktop, open it in animation shop, select all and export it into your psp.
Once there, add your name on the tag, after you're done, click on save as and brows for the original blank on your desktop.
Once you found it hover your mouse over it until the whole name shows up on the save line.
When it does just simply change the part of the filname that says 'blank' with you own. 

For example, here's what it may look like:

fdreamblank_rt08
+
fdreamshiera_rt08

Once you have done that hit save and ta da you're done!
